She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition Science from Syracuse University and a Master’s degree in Medical Nutrition Therapy from Ohio State University. Caitlin operates a private nutrition counseling practice where she specializes in empowering individuals to make informed food choices that align with their health objectives. Her professional experience includes roles in clinical nutrition, research, academia, and private practice. Through her comprehensive approach, Caitlin provides evidence-based nutrition information and tools to support clients in achieving their dietary and wellness goals.

    Lara Morgan Lee, MD is a board-certified internist and sports medicine physician. She’s a former team physician for professional athletes and currently a CEO and founder of two companies: Lara Morgan Lee MD LLC, a telemedicine practice specializing in exercise and sports medicine, and SDM Enterprises LLC, which focuses on educating and empowering mothers through innovative healthcare solutions. After advanced training at the Cleveland Clinic and serving as faculty at both the Clinic and Keck Medicine of USC, Dr. Lee is dedicated to providing top-tier healthcare for athletes and mothers alike.

    Dr. Dustin Moore is a public health expert with a background in evidence-based practice, scientific communication, and successful patient outcomes. He holds a PhD in Public Health with a focus on disease prevention from the University of California, Irvine, and has dedicated over a decade to advancing nutrition education at California State University, Long Beach, where he currently serves as adjunct faculty. His research has been published in influential journals and centers on diet quality, chronic disease prevention and behavior change interventions for young adults. He's shared his expertise on national webinars, podcasts, and conference stages, always emphasizing better ways to evaluate, communicate, and apply nutrition science amidst a rapidly changing, often confusing information landscape.
