Refund Policy

To process your return, please kindly email us at info@bioemblem.com within 60 days. 

In the subject line, write “Return: Damage or Defected item with order #” and append your order number at the end.

If the product arrived damaged, please include photos clearly showing the damage.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable) will be made once your return is received and inspected. We will then send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 10 days.

Damaged Order Received - If your order is received damaged, please contact the shipping carrier.

Lost Order – Wrong Address
BioEmblem will not refund nor assume liability for orders that are lost due to incorrect shipping address provided.
