Add all of your one-time products to your cart. If you are purchasing a subscription with your HSA/FSA funds, you will need to purchase them separately.
Make sure not to use any accelerated checkout options (Ex: Shop Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay).
Answer questions about your health and your FSA/HSA provider.
Pay with your FSA/HSA card or if you pay by credit/ debit card, you can submit your receipt for reimbursement through your plan provider portal.
Subscriptions
Add all of your subscription products to your cart.
Complete your purchase using a
standard payment method. Do not use your FSA/HSA card. Check your order confirmation screen or email for a link to complete the Truemed health survey.
Answer questions about your health and your FSA/HSA provider.
A licensed medical provider will review your survey responses. If you qualify, Truemed will email you a LMN.
Follow the instructions included with your LMN to submit your purchase for reimbursement
