Do I need to take TurmiPure Gold® with a high-fat meal?
Unlike other turmeric curcumin extracts which are fat soluble and should be consumed with a fatty meal to increase absorption, TurmiPure Gold® instantly disperses in water and is already highly bioavailable as-is, so you can take it whenever and wherever it is convenient for you. This is especially great for busy people or those on restrictive diets.

Since curcumin has naturally low absorption, doesn't it require black pepper?
