"Been taking the vit d3+k2 and magnesium citrate, malate, glycinate for a week and a half however I honestly am not feeling any benefits. So I started drinking a glass of water with a pinch of celtic salt in it daily and that is when I started feeling like I had energy again. I'm not 100% sure if these supplements worked or if it was that. The one way to tell is if I stop taking them for a bit. Also I had to double up on each one, again, because I felt they weren't making a difference. I'm sorry to give this not so positive review. I will keep taking them though because they were pricey for my personal budget. Good health includes doing multiple different things, good eating habits, exercise, et. ; bad habits play a role too in absorption. Also if you're gut is jacked up and microbiome isn't right, the supplements won't absorb so that's probably why they are not working for me. . . I need to heal my gut first."
