Public Health Nutrition Researcher with a PhD in Public Health from UC Irvine, where he focused on disease prevention. He serves as adjunct faculty at California State University, Long Beach, and is a published expert on diet quality and chronic disease prevention.

A board-certified sports medicine physician, she has served as a team physician for professional athletes and is the founder of two health-focused companies dedicated to supporting both athletes and moms. She completed her training at the Cleveland Clinic, Keck Medicine of USC, and Case Western.

A registered dietitian nutritionist, she holds a Master’s in Medical Nutrition Therapy from Ohio State University and runs a private counseling practice focused on evidence-based care. Her background spans both clinical and academic settings, with extensive experience in nutrition science and research.
